- Growth Pathway Assessment: Your role, leadership challenge, desired outcome, organization type, preferred learning format, open-text responses, and email address.
- Enterprise Assessment: Organization size, leader count, leadership gaps, business priorities, budget range, timeline, contextual notes, and email address.
- Cohort Applications: Name, work email, current role, organization, leadership level, team size, motivation statement, and referral source.
- Calendly Bookings: Name, email, and any notes you provide when scheduling a discovery call.
- Subscription Purchases: Payment details are processed by Stripe — we do not store your credit card information on our servers.

We use your information for these purposes:
- Generate your personalized Growth Pathway or Enterprise Readiness Report
- Send you the report and, if opted in, periodic leadership insights
- Respond to inquiries and schedule consultations
- Process cohort applications and provide cohort-related communications

- Workbook gating: We store a flag in your browser's localStorage indicating whether you've completed the assessment, which unlocks your first free workbook. No personal data is stored this way.
- Calendly widget: Calendly may set functional cookies necessary for its scheduling widget to operate. Refer to Calendly's cookie policy for details.
- We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics that track you across sites.
6. Data Retention
We retain your assessment data and communication history for as long as needed to provide our services and maintain business records. You may request deletion at any time by emailing james@theleadersframework.com. We will respond within 30 days.
