1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using The Leaders Framework website (theleadersframework.com), assessments, workbooks, coaching services, or any related content ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. Services Overview

The Leaders Framework provides:

• Leadership Assessments: Self-service diagnostic tools (Growth Pathway and Enterprise Readiness) that generate personalized recommendations.
• Digital Workbooks: Downloadable leadership development resources — one free per assessment completion, additional workbooks available through paid membership.
• Coaching & Consulting: 1:1 executive coaching, team workshops, cohort-based programs, and embedded partnership engagements (sold via separate statement of work or Calendly consultation).
• Membership Subscription: Recurring access to the full workbook library and periodic leadership insights.
• Cohort Programs: Structured group learning experiences with defined curriculum and schedule.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when completing assessments, applications, or purchases
• Use the Services for lawful purposes only
• Not reproduce, resell, or redistribute our content without written permission
• Not attempt to bypass or disable any access controls or security features
• Respect the intellectual property rights of TLF and any third parties

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including assessments, workbooks, frameworks, methodologies, text, graphics, logos, and software — is the intellectual property of The Leaders Framework and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may:

• Download and print workbooks you've purchased or unlocked for personal use
• Share your Growth Pathway results with colleagues within your organization

You may NOT:

• Republish, redistribute, or resell any TLF content or materials
• Use TLF content to create competing products or services
• Remove copyright notices or branding from TLF materials

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Pathway Membership is billed monthly ($29/mo) or annually ($249/yr) via Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds.

Cohort Programs are one-time purchases. Pricing is listed on the applicable program page. Access to cohort materials is granted for the duration of the program plus 90 days.

Enterprise Engagements are governed by a separate statement of work or service agreement with pricing, timeline, and deliverables specified at the time of engagement.

6. Refund Policy

• Membership subscriptions: Cancel anytime. No refunds for partial billing periods.
• Cohort programs: Full refund if canceled 14 days before program start. 50% refund if canceled 7 days before. No refund within 7 days of start.
• Coaching/consulting: Governed by the individual engagement agreement.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our assessments and workbooks are educational and developmental tools — not therapy, legal advice, or guaranteed outcomes. Leadership development results vary based on individual effort, organizational context, and many other factors beyond our control.

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet all your expectations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Leaders Framework shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost revenue, or business interruption — arising from your use of the Services, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Third-Party Services

Our Services integrate with third-party platforms including Calendly (scheduling), Stripe (payments), and Supabase (data storage). Use of these services is subject to their respective terms. TLF is not responsible for the availability or practices of third-party services.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our Services for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or other conduct that we determine — in our sole discretion — harms TLF or other users.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers or via a notice on our website. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.
